A COMPREHENSIVE WOMEN’S WELLNESS INITIATIVE DESIGNED TO ENSURE THE HEALTH, WELL-BEING AND PRODUCTIVITY OF THE WOMEN IN YOUR ORGANIZATION

This unique program offers a personalized plan for each participant with

the goal of increasing their level of satisfaction in all areas of life.

Working women are often overwhelmed with responsibilities at work and home and they often struggle with focus, confidence and clarity.  The participants in We Soar will learn to calm their minds by connecting to stillness and will be able to pause, reflect, and respond, rather than reacting to life's circumstances.  This program promises that the participants will experience a reduction in stress, improved focus, greater productivity, and more energy, joy, and positivity.

We Soar is the only meditation program specifically designed for women professionals.

We Soar's founder is Nora Plesent, a lawyer, mother, business woman, and certified meditation instructor with several decades of experience supporting women in reaching their professional and personal goals.  Nora Plesent graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Michigan and received her law degree from George Washing University - The National Law Center.  Nora spent a number of years in the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office, prosecuting child abuse and sex crimes.  Following her tenure in the DA's Office, Nora spent over a decade as a criminal defense attorney, first as an associate and then a partner at the preeminent white collar boutique, Kostelanetz & Fink, where she worked part time after her children were born.  Nora left her partnership to create a marketplace for women seeking alternative work arrangements and ultimately founded Lexolution, a contract legal staffing firm.

Nora writes, speaks, and hosts seminars on cutting edge topics for women in law and business.

In 2006, Nora was awarded the New York Women's Agenda Rising Star Award for her work supporting women lawyers to live their best lives.  In 2013, the Los Angeles Lakers and Comerica Bank honored Nora with the LA Business Women of Entrepreneurship Award.  In 2016, Nora was a recipient of the Highest Leaf Award, honoring women in business.  Nora also wrote and performed a piece about adoption in the Expressing Motherhood Show at The Lillian Theatre in Hollywood.  In 2018 Nora received a 200 hour meditation teaching certificate and teaches meditation classes as a certified meditation instructor and runs wellness retreats for women.

Nora raised her four children alone.

She has experienced first hand the challenges of being a working woman for the last 35 years and is uniquely capable of understanding and connecting with the women in your organization and helping them find a place of calmness within that will support their wellbeing in significant and unexpected ways.
