The Honeymoon is Over

Dear Gatherers,

You may be feeling down, edgy, bored, worried or exhausted. The "honeymoon" phase is long over and yet, we don't have certainty as to when life will begin to feel less constricted. There is no way around this quarantined existence. We can only go through it, experiencing a whole range of emotions, thoughts and feelings.

If you have not read Pema Chodron's Things Fall Apart, now is the time to devour it. As she says:

"Things falling apart is a kind of testing and a kind of healing. We think the point it to pass the test or to overcome the problem, but the truth is that things don't really get solved. They come together and they fall apart again. It's just like that. The healing comes from letting there be room for all of this to happen: room for grief, for relief, for misery, for joy."

Allow for all of it- the exhausting, the depressing, the overwhelming, the tender, the poignancy, the fear.

Taking time to go inside and connect with your inner guidance is not a luxury. It is what we need.

The Sunday Gatherings have been a source of great comfort for many women; a time they can look forward to, devoted to their wellbeing. We meditate, read poetry, write, share, reflect and listen to beautiful music. There is nothing you need to do, achieve, orchestrate, or complete. This is an hour for you to connect with your own inspiration and guidance.

Please join us on Sunday, June 6 and invite your friends and colleagues!

Let me nurture you.You deserve it..

With love and light,

Nora
