Come join me for a Vision Board Workshop and create your vision for 2023! Rather than focusing on what we want to DO in the New Year, we will look inward and focus on how we want to BE in 2023. We will be making Inner Vision Boards instead of Vision Boards, contemplating how we want to feel, qualities we want to develop and ways of being we want to move towards...
The workshop will include coffee, tea, breakfast, a guided meditation led by me, a gourmet, nutritious sit-down lunch and the making of Vision Boards! You don't have to bring a thing!! Everything is included.
You will connect with other wonderful women and leave feeling relaxed, reinvigorated and at peace about the New Year. Don't miss this very special day.
